How Our Sensors Work
Thermocouples: Generate a small voltage converted into temperature readings. Available in base metals (K, J, T, N, E, -200°C to 1350°C) and noble metals (R, S, B, C, up to 1700°C). Durable, vibration-resistant, and chemical-compatible.
RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors): Measure temperature via resistance (Ω), providing superior stability and precision. Types: PT50, PT100, PT500, PT1000. Lead configurations: 2-wire, 3-wire (most common), 4-wire (highest precision). Accuracy: up to ±0.03°C @ 0°C.
